I recently enabled Directory Assistance so my Blackberry users can do address lookups on our company address books. Beside names.nsf (employees) I have 2 additional client/consultant address books for our 2 offices.

It is partially working. Two of the three address books can have lookups resolved, the one client/consultant address book for my remote office is not seen.

I have a single server and the address books all reside in the same data folder.

Any ideas? I've checked and rechecked names, etc., but just can't find why this is not working.
